Exercise Yourself In The Spirit
1 Corinthians 14:14-15; Ephesians 5:18

Jude 1:20 "But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost."" The real man is the spirit man. Man is a spirit; he has a soul and lives in a body (1 Thess. 5:23). This is the revelation which the Word of God gives of man. The man in Christ, who has received the Holy Spirit, has a new prayer language; which he received when he was filled with the Holy Spirit. This prayer language is called 'new or other tongues'. The Word declares: "And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."" (Acts. 2:4). It is 'new or other tongues' because it is not the usual language or speech we speak; it is an inspired utterance in another language that is unknown to our natural mind. This new prayer language is the language that our spirit, by the Holy Spirit, speaks in prayer. When we pray in other tongues; our spirit, by the Holy Spirit, prays. The Word declares: 1 Cor. 14:14 "For if I pray in an [unknown] tongue, my spirit [by the Holy Spirit within me] prays, but my mind is unproductive [it bears no fruit and helps nobody]."" This is a sure way to engage your spirit, the real you, in prayers for spiritual edification. To pray in other tongues is to build up (edify, strengthen, reinforce, solidify and embolden) oneself. This kind of praying with the spirit, by the Holy Spirit, builds up the man within; the real man; the spirit man. A well built up man is strong to respond to the demands of life, ministry and destiny. Build up yourself as you pray in other tongues daily.

Other Scriptures for Meditation: Luke 18:1; 1 Corinthians 14:4

My Solid Front (Confession)
In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I am built up daily. I exercise myself daily by praying in tongues unto edification. Amen.
