Our Ministry Of Reconciliation
Matthew 10:7-8; Mark 16:15
2 Corinthians 5:18 "And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation."" Jesus, after His resurrection and before His departure to be with His Father, commissioned His disciples to go and preach the Gospel to every creature. It was important to Him that every creature come to the knowledge of His gracious work of redemption wrought for all on the Cross of Calvary. It was for the world that He died, not for Himself. It was our sins that He bore, not His own. This is the very reason the world, for whom Jesus died, must hear and know of the victory He has wrought for them. Jesus Christ chose the Body of Believers as reconcilers and repairers of thebreach. Beloved, alongside the privileges of the new birth comes the responsibility of telling the good news to the world. The Word declares that we have been given the ministry of reconciliation (2 Cor.5:18). It is a charge laid to our trust. Every Believer is a minister of the Gospel of salvation. What a privilege to be God's change agents, giving life to the dead and hope to the hopeless. Angels cannot run this errand for the Lord but blood-washed recreated saints; children of the Most High God. In addition, it is so comforting to know that we are not alone in this kingdom business. The Lord is with us to help us in the effective delivery of this message. This is our noble ministry.

My Solid Front (Confession)
In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I am instant in season and out of season, reconciling men to God by the preaching of the gospel. Amen.
