Faith In God Is Righteousness
Romans 4:5; Romans 5:17

Romans 3: 21-22 "But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference."" The righteousness that comes by believing in Jesus Christ is the righteousness of faith. Our opening scripture reveals that the righteousness of faith is the righteousness of God, not self-righteousness, not the righteousness that comes by keeping the laws of Moses; but that which is of faith in Jesus Christ and His substitutionary work for humanity. The righteousness of God can never be attained by works. It can never be acquired by keeping the law. It can only be received by faith in Jesus Christ. Many have derailed from this simple truth because of their ignorance of God's Word. They labour hard to attain unto God's righteousness, but all to no avail. However, we can attain unto this righteousness by faith in Jesus Christ. Beloved, this righteousness of God is of faith, not of works. It is believed unto, not worked unto. The Word declares in Rom. 10:10 that "For with the heart man BELIEVETH unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."" Beloved, the moment you believed that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead; you became righteous (worthy to stand before God without any sense of inferiority, guilt, condemnation or anything of such).
